I’m an MCA graduate building my career in IT Support. Over the past two years, I’ve worked in digital marketing across project-based and salaried roles. That experience taught me to communicate clearly, work through changing priorities and take ownership of the details.
The part of technology I keep coming back to is hands-on troubleshooting: setting up Windows and software, helping diagnose basic hardware issues, and getting internet connections working again. I’m now choosing support work as my long-term path, where patience, a methodical approach and a helpful response matter every day.
